Austco's Corporate head office and international manufacturing facility is located in Perth, Western Australia and has established international offices based in South East Asia, New Zealand, the Middle East, Europe, North & South America. Our North American Corporate Head Office is located in Richmond Hill, Ontario.
Specifically, we design and manufacture a family of dedicated microprocessor Emergency Call Management Systems for the hospital (MediCom & LightCom), long term care (CallGuard) and non-intrusive care markets (DCS-2000). We also manufacture a secured accommodation intercommunication system (CellGuard) recognized the world over for its innovative approach to high security monitoring. All of these products are focused on a single objective, to fully integrate care management through technology to provide the specific operational solution required by each and every client.
Austco's installation base now extends to some 3500 sites across 38 countries. These installations were installed and are serviced by Austco's unique factory trained reseller network. This ensures 24/7 on site support for each of our clients
