Clínica Anglo Americana

Austco is proud to share that we are installing some of our best technology into one of the best clinics in Peru, the Clínica Anglo Americana!

The patient station is integrated with the infusion pump to improve the patient experience and the response times.

Application Stations and Touch Screen Nurse Stations were installed to improve the workflow for transport and cleaning services with the possibility to increase the workflow to other services.

Additionally, Pulse Reports were implemented to identify opportunities for improvement in different services.

We are excited to see the other ways in which Austco’s Tacera system will improve the operations of this clinic!

More new works in progress

Another project on the go… and as with most new projects, things don’t look pretty during the first fix stage (unless you are into that sort of thing!). Stay posted for further images as this project progresses.

Austco delivers engaging presentation to Ministry of Health audience in Oman

On Wednesday, December 14th, Kevin Higgins (VP, Product Management) gave an hour-long virtual presentation to the Ministry of Health in Oman to showcase Austco’s leading care communications solutions.

Included in the presentation was information about Austco’s entire product line of communications technology and how our hardware and software, when combined, create a seamless ecosystem of critical communications features and solutions.

The way that healthcare staff members communicate, both with patients and with one another, is rapidly changing; and Austco makes it easy for facilities to implement brand new communications technology without leaving their staff feeling overwhelmed.

Also included in Kevin’s presentation on Wednesday were some of the future outlooks for Austco. We look forward to all that 2023 may bring!

Thank you to our partner Aptus Infotech and to our own Kevin Higgins for hosting showcasing Austco at such an honorable event!

Ward 26 Project complete

Another great job completed on a ward that cares for mostly head and neck and gynaecology patients, has been refurbished with new equipment, a new relative’s room for sensitive conversations, and an area for staff to change out of their uniforms. The trust have recently posted that the changes have helped to improve staff morale and patient care, which are our top priorities.

New Bereavement (SANDS) Room completed

Great to be part of such an important project. While it is a small extension to the existing system,  at such a difficult and important time for parents and family, just being a small part of this essential service for SANDS made it even more important to get it just right.
